Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the overall day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery. 
  • Manage and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and outsourced operations to maintain operational standards. 
  • Ensure guestrooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. 
  • Handle guest complaints, service recovery, and online guest feedback to maintain high guest satisfaction and hotel reputation. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, including manpower planning, staff scheduling, and performance management. 
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, labor cost, and departmental productivity in line with approved budget and targets. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, health & safety procedures, and local legal regulations. 
  • Prepare operational reports, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields. 
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in hotel operations or the hospitality industry. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills in a lean team environment. 
  • Good financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs, and reporting. 
  • English proficiency (written and verbal) required; additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Hands-on, service-minded, and flexible to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexible to work in shifts and able to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and oversee daily Front Desk operations including guest check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, billing, and cash handling to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 
  • Lead, coach, and support Guest Service Agents (GSA) in delivering excellent guest service and handling guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally. 
  • Monitor room inventory, reservation coordination, room availability, and operational status to maximize occupancy and ensure accuracy in the hotel reservation system. 
  • Review daily cashier reports, revenue records, shift reports, and Front Office documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel procedures. 
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservation, and other departments to ensure guestrooms readiness, maintenance follow-up, and prompt fulfillment of guest requests. 
  • Monitor Grab & GO operations including stock control, replenishment planning, sales monitoring, and daily cashier report. 
  • Support shift scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of Front Office team members to maintain operational productivity and service standards. 
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures while driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of responsible experience in related hospitality field 
  • Good command of English both verbal and written skills 
  • Well enough of service minded, problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills 
  • Flexible to work in shifts and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities: 

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate records. 
  • Guest Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving basic complaints, and offering recommendations for local attractions and services. 
  • Reservation Handling: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotels reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Grab & GO Station: Responsible for inventory and replenishment items of Grab & GO and daily Sales report (F&B) on their property. 
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly. 
  • Cash and Report Handling: Perform daily cashier handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Services, Front Office/Reception, or a related hospitality role. 
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. 
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and service-minded. 
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to work in shifts and perform well under pressu

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement property-level sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. 
  • Manage key tourist, leisure, corporate group accounts to maximize business opportunities. 
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through market research, sales calls, and networking. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. 
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs. 
  • Coordinate with Corporate team, Reservation, Revenue, and Front Office to optimize room allocations and pricing. 
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies. 
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management. 
  • Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Coordinators to drive team performance. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in managing corporate accounts and achieving revenue targets. 
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and government market segments with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. 
  • Good understanding of hotel sales strategies, revenue management, and market analysis. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
